Straight answers

Does Stackora connect to QuickBooks or Xero?
Not yet. Stackora has internal GL journal entries and chart of accounts mapping, so your accountant can reconcile costs accurately within the platform. A direct accounting integration is on the roadmap. We will announce a timeline as soon as it is confirmed.
How does subcontract assembly work?
You create a subcontract purchase order linked to your BOM. When goods come back from the contractor, you receive against that PO. The system posts the full cost including the contractor fee, material costs, and any freight to the finished goods lot. This is available on the Growth plan and above.
What does retroactive FIFO freight restatement mean?
When a freight invoice arrives after goods have already been received and some units consumed, Stackora recalculates the per-unit cost backwards through the FIFO queue. Your COGS stays accurate even when invoices are delayed. Most inventory tools require manual journal adjustments for this.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Your card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends. If you choose not to continue, nothing is charged. If you do continue, your first billing cycle starts on day 15. You can export all your data at any time.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Stackora supports CSV import with smart alias matching. If your product names or SKUs differ slightly between your supplier invoices and your internal catalogue, the system attempts to match them automatically. PDF export is also available for reports and POs.
How many users can access my account?
Stackora does not charge per user. You can invite your full team on any plan. Five built-in roles (Admin, Company Admin, Planner, Approver, Viewer) control exactly what each person can see and do. MFA and passkey login are included at every tier.
